Introduction time- My name is Ben Tobin, I’ve been on a five year journey with my camera covering the streets of Spokane. If it matters to anyone, it all started as a replacement for happy hour. I needed something to take my time and be creative with it. I had no idea this was going to become the epicenter of my life. And now I wanna start unraveling what I have captured. It has helped cultivate a practice that I call “wiggle room”- its meeting people where they are in life and letting them feel seen.

My hopes are to start raising money with the collection of images I post weekly. A lot of people have given me their time while wandering Spokane and by the conversations I’ve had, I’m convinced supporting non-profits that help with mental illness / drug addiction / people without homes is the path.
